The McMahons wanted to add a patio to gain a Mt. Rainier view, but before long, Blue Canyon was revamping the entire rambler with basement into a stunning modern home. As the project lead, we commissioned a floor plan from Pelletier & Schaar architects, then streamlined the decision-making process by working directly with the McMahons on all details, from schematics to designs, from start to finish. A landscape from Pacific Gardens completed the dramatic overhaul, highlighted by a new 350-square foot slate tiled patio with a perfect view of Mt. Rainier.
